    Social media is a natural fit for recruiting. But while many organizations are already enjoying its benefits, others are struggling to make it work.

    This workshop will show you how to build a social recruiting roadmap aligned with your strategy for acquiring talent within the industry but more importantly how to tap into the well of talent outside the Senior Care space. You will craft personas and draw in your ideal candidates, with a particular focus on a new pool of candidates. You'll gain insight into how much a video can impact your social media presence. As part of your Wednesday workshop, you will have the opportunity to get "hands on" and work through planning and production of videos you can do yourself!

    After you gain all this new knowledge, you will also see how to create internal communication policies to make sure legal and compliance are in full support of HR.
